We want you to love your Tumbleroot furniture. If something isn't right, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Condition for Returns

Items must be unused, unassembled (or reassembled to original condition), and in their original packaging where possible.

Return Shipping

Returns are free — we do not charge a return shipping fee or restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@tumbleroot.shop or +1 (714) 584-0329 within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free return or replacement.

How to Start a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@tumbleroot.shop or +1 (714) 584-0329. We can only cancel orders that haven't yet shipped.
